Our reservations require a non-refundable reservation fee of £200.00 (GBP) per item. The reservation fee will be deducted from the total purchase price of any equipment.

Equipment Availability

The reservation does not guarantee the availability of the forklift. In case the equipment becomes unavailable, we will notify you and refund the reservation fee in full.

Price & Payment

The total purchase price of the forklift will be communicated to you after the reservation is made. The final purchase price is subject to any applicable taxes and additional services requested. Failure to make the full payment within a specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation, and the reservation fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation & Refunds

You have the right to exercise your right to cancel. To do so, you must notify us in writing or by email. No refunds will be provided for cancellations once a reservation has taken place and your deposit has been paid.

Consumer Law

Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected by these terms and conditions. We will comply with all relevant consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
